Kyogre @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Origin Pulse
- Thunder
- Ice Beam

The restricted of choice, hits ridiculously hard even when ineffective with choice specs with water spout.

Tornadus @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Bleakwind Storm
- Protect
- Icy Wind

Pairs incredibly with Kyogre as it can boost its speed with Tailwind allowing it to outspeed pretty much anything and Bleakwind Storm never misses in the rain.

Raging Bolt @ Assault Vest

Ability: Protosynthesis
Level: 50
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 20 HP / 252 SpA / 12 SpD / 224 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Snarl
- Thunder
- Thunderclap
- Draco Meteor

Incredibly powerful pokemon that benefits from Tornadus's Tailwind. Very bulky with AV and hits Miraidon and Kyogre especially hard.

Flutter Mane @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Level: 50
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 36 HP / 216 Def / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fake Tears
- Taunt
- Moonblast
- Thunder Wave

Great support Pokemon, taunt shuts down Amoonguss, Moonblast deals incredibly high super effective damage, fake tears supports my mostly special-attacking team and Thunder Wave is great utility. Considering changing Thunder Wave to Protect though as most of my Pokemon don't have the move and it's come up before as a disadvantage.

Amoonguss @ Sitrus Berry

Ability: Regenerator
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore
- Clear Smog
- Foul Play
- Rage Powder

Great support and redirection. Resists most of the format, I chose Foul Play in an attempt to hit physical-attacking Pokemon hard but since most of the viable ones seem to resist it I'm considering changing it.

Incineroar @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 108 HP / 60 Atk / 180 Def / 116 SpD / 12 Spe
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Fake Out
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz

The GOAT of VGC, Fake Out is incredibly useful as is all of its standard moveset like I run.

yo that metagame is more dead than NDDUbers (not to be rude but yeah)
Could be a good team to use to practise for when reg g comes back but a bit too early for that.
it's not on the ladder rn but there are tournaments happening for it often on the VGC channel as it's returning next month.
here are some of my thoughts (I rarely play VGC but I did try this regulation for a bit):
1. are tailwind AND icy wind necessary on Torn? isn't it better to free up a moveslot for something else, like taunt (so Flutter can run secondary stab/Dazzing)?
2. in the past, I've seen Tera Dark torn to stop prankster taunt and covert cloak to stop incin, are those still viable options that are worth considering?
3. yeah I don't think foul play Guss is the best option, something like protect could help it a lot since opponents may be trying to get rid of it and its rage powder antics

(take the above with a massive grain of salt)
