Sorry, I fixed that!
- The post has only been up for a few hours
- RMT is less active because rating teams requires extra time + expertise
- Others will be more likely to assist if you explain the teambuilding process more.
Why do you have two restricted pokemon
I fixed that, and now have only one restricted Pokemon!

Some advice I'd give:

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane
Okay, firstly hazards (stealth rock, spikes, etc) are not useful in vgc. My recommendation would be to switch the Stealth Rock slot to protect. Necrozma-Dusk-Mane is not considered to be a very good restricted in this format, partly due to the prevalence of Calyrex-Shadow. If you're going to use it, since you have a Trick Room setter already in Porygon2, and seeing as it is one of the slowest restricted Pokemon besides from Calyrex-Ice, I'd remove all speed investment as it does nothing for it. I'd replace the 100 speed evs with either SpD or added into the HP. I'd also maybe recommend switching Morning Sun for Trick Room.

Incineroar
I would remove all speed investment, considering that your team functions best as a trick room team, and since Incineroar is already quite slow it rarely runs any speed anyway. Your bulk is going to be a much more useful investment. Replace the 252 speed with HP, or maybe run 196 HP and 56 SpD. I also think that Safety Goggles is more valuable on Incineroar most of the time for blocking Amoonguss's Spore, who will outspeed Incineroar in Trick Room.

Porygon2
Once again, I would remove all your speed investment. It wants to set up Trick Room, so investing in its defences would be far more useful. Ghost tera might be something you'd want to consider to block Fake Out while letting it neglect its Fighting weakness.

Dragapult
Dragapult struggles in restricted formats due to Calyrex-Shadow outspeeding and OHKOing it, and it doesn't have much of a role on your team which functions best in Trick Room. Some recommendations I'd give for changing it are:

  • Raging Bolt, it's relatively slow, incredibly powerful and is very bulky.
  • Flutter Mane- it shares the ghost typing, is faster when holding the Booster Energy item, specially bulkier and can provide good utility with Taunt, Thunder Wave, and Icy Wind, It also has Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Mystical Fire and Thunderbolt for coverage on an offensive set.
  • Iron Hands- It's a strong Trick Room sweeper with Fake Out.

Ursaluna-Bloodmoon
Once again I'd remove the speed and replace it with bulk. I wouldn't recommend Focus Blast because of the inaccuracy, Hyper Voice might be a better option because of hitting both opponents with STAB.

Ninetales-Alola
Generally good, but I'd run Moonblast over Tera Blast due to Fairy coverage being useful+not having to tera to get STAB.
