Serperior is the anti Water and Rock Type for this team, Starmie is the additional special attacking hazard remover, and Manectric is here as a swap in for Electric Moves that Starmie and Charizard struggle with.

I would add a mon too take advantage of the sun that Charizard sets up. Also give Charizard Solar Beam instead of Focus Blast which covers Rock and Water
