Jiji (Sneasler) (F) @ White Herb
Ability: Unburden
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Dire Claw
- Taunt
- Fake

Always one of my leads. Close combat for a quick OH-KO on Archaludon, Tyranitar etc. Taunt for Farigiraf, Hatterene and other trick room setters which this team really struggles against. Fake out to keep Aerodactyl safe while it sets up tailwind. Dire claw is standard for Sneasler, but I don't actually find myself using it very often.

Politoed (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Drizzle
Level: 50
EVs: 6 HP / 32 Def / 8 SpA / 20 SpD
Bold Nature
- Weather Ball
- Earth Power
- Hypnosis
- Helping Hand

Politoed is my rain setter instead of Pelipper because I wanted the ground coverage. Weather ball hits hard in rain, helping hand is to support my sweepers against bulkier mons. Idk why I gave it hypnosis, it sucks. I'm probably just gonna give it protect.

Aerodactyl (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unnerve
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rock Slide
- Dual Wingbeat
- Tailwind
- Protect

Aerodactyl is an excellent tailwind setter right now due to it's 130 base speed. Rock slide is mainly for mega charizard y, and dual wingbeat is to break focus sashes.

Chloro (Meganium-Mega) (M) @ Meganiumite
Ability: Leaf Guard
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Solar Beam
- Synthesis
- Dazzling Gleam
- Weather Ball

Meganium is one of my favourite new megas, and it's pretty good. Solar beam is a 120 power move that always occurs in one turn thanks to mega sol, dazzling gleam is stab, weather ball provides some nice fire coverage, and synthesis is for recovery, though I might drop it for protect.

Dragonite-Mega (F) @ Dragoninite
Ability: Multiscale
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
- Thunder
- Protect

Dragonite is my secondary mega for if Meganium has bad matchups. While I do think it's kinda just an inferior Archaludon, I really wanted to use the shiny one I got in Z-A. Draco meteor is a strong stab move, hurricane and thunder are 100% accurate in the rain.

Sinistcha @ Mental Herb
Ability: Hospitality
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 8 Def / 2 SpA / 24 SpD
Calm Nature
- Matcha Gotcha
- Life Dew
- Rage Powder
- Protect

I want to drop Sinistcha. I haven't used it at all. I've played around with other movesets, but it's just never been good. Matcha gotcha is a recovery move that has a burn chance, life dew and rage powder are for support.

Maybe replace Sinistcha for another Rain Abuser, as the only pokemon you have that like being in rain are your megas, and you can't bring both.
That's a good idea, I've seen Palafin and Basculegion being pretty good recently. I'm not a huge fan of their designs though.
I think either way the last mon isn't going to be brought in very much because I almost always lead with Sneasler + Aerodactyl and have Politoed and my mega in the back.
If that's the case, maybe look at pokemon that could take the place of Sneasler or Aerodactyl if one of them isn't great into the opponent.
I think Scizor is a good fit for the team. It doesn't share any weaknesses with Aerodactyl and learns tailwind, and it likes being in the rain due to the power of fire moves being halved.
