Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Def / 152 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Toxic Spikes
- Gyro Ball
- Curse
- Explosion

The reason I chose this Pokemon to be the Lead of the Team is because I wanted a Pokemon who could run Toxic Spikes while having decent Defensive Stats. I also utilized its naturally low Speed, gave it a Relaxed Nature to lower its Speed even more, and taught it Gyro Ball which uses the difference between your Pokemon's Speed and the opponent's one to damage. I also taught the Pokemon Curse to lower its Speed even more to deal more damage. It also carries Leftovers in order to survive longer. I made it a suicide Lead with Explosion as a last resort. It also has the ability Sturdy in order to survive a OHKO and be able to run Toxic Spike at least one time.

Ceruledge @ Focus Sash
Ability: Weak Armor
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bitter Blade
- Destiny Bond
- Close Combat

This Pokemon (Physical Sweeper) has Bitter Blade as a main STAB move and Close Combat as a Coverage move. It holds a Life Orb to deal more damage and in a scenario where the Focus Sash is activated and Ceruledge still outspeeds its opponent, Destiny Bond can be used for a almost guaranteed KO as the opponent would most likely want to finish off the Pokemon. Sword Dance is also used to boost Bitter Blade and Close Combat's power.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Facade
- Drain Punch

The Pokemon (Physical Sweeper) utilizes a Toxic Orb to Poison Heal but it is not a Stall. Since Poison Heal prevents poison damage, it can now safely use Facade's double damage bonus without any drawbacks, bringing its Power to from 70 to 140 but you can technically bring it to 280 by running Sword Dance one time while waiting for Toxic Orb to poison (It doesn't poison immediately, only after first turn ends). Drain Punch and Seed Bomb are both STAB move in case Facade has no effect.

Deoxys-Defense @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Recover
- Drain Punch
- Stored Power

This Pokemon (Wall) uses Cosmic Power to raise Defense and SpD while adding 40 Power to Stored Power. When switched in, can spam Cosmic Power to keep raising Power of Stored Power and opponent cannot easily stop it because Deoxys Stats are already very high, especially since I spent all Evs into SpD and Defense so opponent deals little damage to Deoxys. Furthermore, Deoxys can always use Drain Punch and Recover to heal up if the Pokemon's health gets too low. It holds a Leftovers to passively heal.

Zamazenta @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Crunch
- Rest

Running mainly Iron Defense and Body Press, this Pokemon (Wall/Stall Breaker) can set-up Iron Defense multiple times to OHKO, its ability Dauntless Shield raising it by One Stage when switched in for the first time. Crunch is meant to hit Ghost Types who are immune to Body Press. It holds a Chesto Berry so it can immediately wake up after using Rest.

Quaquaval @ Fist Plate
Ability: Torrent
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Aqua Step
- Flip Turn
- Close Combat

This Pokemon (Tank) is a balanced all-rounder. It uses Close Combat, its main move which is a STAB, to deal immense damage. When paired with Tera Type Fighting and while holding a Fist Plate, it effectively boosts its Power to 288. Flip Turn is a move to keep momentum without losing a turn to switching out. Aqua Step is a STAB, Coverage move to deal more damage to Pokemon resistance to Close Combat. It also uses Sword Dance to boost all its Damaging Moves even more.

Hello! I would love to rate this team, but I need some extra info regarding the team's structure.

This team seems split on running either hyper offense or balance, and these two playstyles don't usually synergize the best. Could you tell me what you would like to run, and what pokemon you would prefer (no guarantees) to stay on the team to form the core? Thanks!
