Metagross
Ok seeing the name of lucario means this guy deserves the name George ;)
Zen headbutt doesnt provide as much coverage as a move like earthquake or ice punch, even thunder punch is an option.
Though if its your lead hammer arm is always great for killing them darn tyranitars.
This guy has good typing and few weaknessess so air ballon may be an option for avoiding them ground type moves such as earthquake.
252hp will serve you better and the smogons recommended ev spread (Which is obvious why) is just the standard 252hp 252atk 4 speed with adamant.
Lucario
I would defintly use a pysichal set on this guy.
It allows you to use swords dance giving you +2 rather than +1 as well as being your only counter to blissey and chansey.
Aura sphere is like a 4hit ko on chansey if not more, then you add in there softboileds and wishes and we have one pokemon stalling your whole team.
Swords dance, close combat/drain punch, bullet punch/extreme speed, ice punch
Thats a set i used it worked well.
252atk 252speed is ideal with 4 hp and adamant or jolly.
I used adamant as barly anything appart from kyurem out speeds it at base 90.
Jellicent
Mmmm kat may be a good name lol
wil o wisp will serve you better as it half the attack of sweepers like dragonite and scizor who ruin teams in seconds.
Recover and Surfscald are good shadow ball or night shade are also good but surf would be my choice getting stab and maybe rain boost.
252hp 252def/spdef def evs is recomeneded more but i find the spdef helps wall starmies with thunderbolt.
Bold is the standard nature.

Life orb allows it to hit hard and revenge kill.
I wouldnt use sludge wave because it provides terrible coverage.
Try hidden power fire to hit them ferrothorns and scizors.
Latias

Anyway 252hp is always good on latias but appart from that you got yourself a good set.

Noob maybe? ;)
Run focus sash otherwise it wont suvive common attacks like thunderbolt.
Adamant is also a good nature here but everything else is fine.
Overall good team, you may want to consider using an importable copy meaning you dont need to write it out.
Also sprites and a small descriptions make an rmt look great, well i hope this helps.
