Ok if you want a physical Celebi, that set is ok, I guess. but you might want to try special Celebi, as it might work better:
If you want a special attacker Celebi, Life Orb might be a little bit better than Leftovers. Giga Drain or Leaf Storm over Seed Bomb. Maybe have Nasty Plot or Calm Mind over U-turn. Psychic over Zen Headbutt. So th set will look like this:
Celebi @ Life Orb / Trait: Natural Cure / EVs: 220 HP , 252 Special Attack , 36 Speed / Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)

• Calm Mind/Nasty Plot
• Leaf Storm/Giga drain
• Psychic
• Recover

Or if you want Leftovers try this set of Smogon: Celebi @ Leftovers / Trait: Natural Cure / EVs: 252 HP , 96 Defense , 124 Special Attack , 36 Speed / Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  That's a great Trick Reuniclus you've got there, just some minor improvements.
  You could consider Flame Orb over Toxic Orb. Your choice. Maybe fit Calm mind in that moveset. Definitely have Recover in there. Maybe replace Shadow Ball for it. Also, since this is a stall set, have this EV spread: 252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 Special Attack.
  Also try out Smogon's Trick Room and Calm Mind sets.

  That Gliscor is pretty good. Swords Dance + Earthquake is a really nice combo on Gliscor. I also have a Gliscor that works great. You might want to check it out:
  Glisor @ Toxic Orb / Trait: Toxic Heal / EVs: 252 Attack , 4 Defense , 252 Speed / Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

I have Protect, though you could have Facade because of poison boost.

Jirachi
Again, nice Jirachi if you're going for physical. Though you could probably fit Stealth Rock in there so you can set up. I will also give you a set for a special/defensive Jirachi:
Jirachi @ Leftovers / Trait: Serene Grace / EVs: 128 Defense , 252 Special Attack , 128 Special Defense / Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)

• Stealth Rock
• Thunderbolt
• Psychic
• Wish/Protect

Stealth Rock is for hazards. ThunderBolt and Psychic are your two attacking moves. I feel like you don't need Wish and Protect because Jirachi doesn't have much weaknesses.

Terrakion
That is the normal Terrakion, and it's awesome. His attacks are just huge, and Terrakion is very powerful :D Not much to say about this guy except change the EVs to:
4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed Terrakion has ok speed, so he might outspeed some non-choiced Pokemon. Other than that, great Terrakion!

Gliscor needs Stone Edge instead of Ice Fang

Really? Ice Fang is better IMo. Plus I have tried both. Stone Edge missed like crazy.

Also, it doesn't really cover the x4 weakness. Most Ice types attacks are used by non Ice types, seeing as Ice typing is a notoriously bad typing. The only Ice type Pokemon he'll be seeing are probably Abomasnow, Weavile, and Kyurem.

Abomasnow can just use Ice Shard, so coverage against it won't matter.
And Kyurem and Weavile just plain out outspeed it. So again, coverage doesn't matter.

As for what Ice Fang does, well it hits other Gliscor and also Landorus for x4 damage. It makes taking down Hippowdon a bit easier. And the x4 and x2 hits against those Dragon types.
