Glalie (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Crunch
- Taunt
- Spikes

>Glalie is like the Froslass of NU.Ice Shard can pack a Punch with Life Orb and Stab boost.Taunt and Spikes is a very good combo I have going on,Taunt Stops hazards while Spikes sets them.Crunch is Coverage.

Haunter (M) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Substitute

>Haunter with Choice Scarf and Timid nature outspeeds absolutely everything, including Choice Scarf Sawk and Rotom-S, Timid Shell Smash Gorebyss, and Swellow.Sludge Bomb and Shadow Ball are a powerful STABs.Hidden Power Ground hits Probopass, Bastiodon, and Skuntank super effectively.Trick is to get any Pokemon that isn't used for attacking like Tangela and Miltank they will struggle.

Heatmor (M) @ Life Orb

Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 132 Atk / 252 SAtk / 124 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Sucker Punch
- Focus Blast
- Giga Drain

>Fire Blast is my Stab and hardly ever misses on PO.Sucker Punch is good for Heatmor's terrible speed.Focus Blast provides coverage same with Fire Blast it hits hard and hardly misses on PO.Giga Drain surprises Water-types hoping to switch in on Fire Blast.Giga Drain is also useful in healing Heatmor very quick.Flash Fire protects Glalie from dying so fast.

Zebstrika (F) @ Choice Specs

Trait: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Overheat
- Volt Switch

>Thunderbolt is the best Stab here besides Thunder, which is a waste without a rain team on her.Hidden Power grass is coverage and Stops many Pokemon in NU.Overheat is a good move to have on her just because it has decent base power and can finish off lingering team member. There are so many Volt Switchers in NU so when Glalie stops a Probopass from setting up rocks they may try ti Volt Switch and I send her in and she gets a lovely speed boost.

Sawk (M) @ Expert Belt

Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Protect

>Sawk with Expert Belt works wonders for me.So Close Combat is my powerful Stab and easily Knocks Out a Bastiodon.Ice Punch deals with the flying types and gets a boost from Expert Belt. Earthquake is Coverage,While Protect saves me if an Absol comes along since that is the only threat I have.I can use this strategy that worked well so far. When Absol's uses Psycho Cut which 9/10 they will on Sawk I use Protect then Close Combat with Absol's being faster than a un-scarfed Sawk they are going to get a Psycho Cut in while Sturdy is going to save me then Close Combat is going to 1 hit knock out.

Delcatty (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Normalize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Return
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Thunder Wave

>Team Support,With the trait Normalize Delcatty can paralyze any Ground type Pokemon in the tier.Which is going to make them slower that ever. There not going to attack very often and that's so good :D.Wish and Heal Bell allow Delcatty to serve another purpose, by providing cleric and Wish support to its teammates.

No Pokemon is terrible............................................................
I'd like someone to use a Caterpie in one of their teams.
That would be a tad bit gimmicky, don't you think?
How is this gimmicky at all?!
I was talking about the Caterpie thingy.
Sorry for insulting Heatmor ._. and didn't realise Zebstrika doesn't get Flamethrower, I must have been thinking of Manectric.

Hey Ab, guess who wants to answer your question :D

Glalie
I like your set for him except don't use him as someone to set up hazards. In NU you commonly see Charizard, Articuno, and other 4x rock weak Pokes.

I would reccoment you set up rocks with this Cradily.

Cradily @ Leftovers
Trait: Suction Cups/Storm Drain
EVs: 252 Def/ 252 Sp.Def/ 4 Hp
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Stealth Rock
Giga Drain
Protect
Recover

I don't reccomend you start of with Cradily, starting with Glalie and using Taunt would work well. After tauntin with Glalie switch into Cradily to set up rocks or Protect to see what they will do. The question is who you're willing to replace to get up rocks. Trust me, in NU you're gonna need rocks, it'll save you the match many times.

Heatmor
I really like your Heatmor strategy, except half of your team is Life Orb'd so I'd replace that with Dark Gem or Fire Gem to hit them hard with Sucker Punch or Fire Blast. If that's not good for you life orb is still fine for him :)

Haunter
It's unlikely to fine this but a choice scarfed Swoobat could OHKO Haunter because of his pinch of bulk. Switch your item to Black Sludge. Most of the Pokemon you encounter in NU only have one move that will hurt you. So switch Trick with Disable or Substitute in order for them to not be able to hurt you much. With Black Sludge, the damage is minimal.

Zebstrika
The only problem I have with this guy is that he isn't running specs. Being on of the faster Pokes in NU if you get locked to any move it will still do a lot, especially if it's Overheat, but that's a last resort. With Life Orb residual damage won't help you.

Sawk & Delcatty
No Problem :)

Hope you like my answer.
If the changes do not work for you I can fix the answer.

Forgot to mention this, if you want the Cradily in your team take out anyone but your Cleric (Delcatty) or Glalie

Cradily should have Storm Drain.
Good to see you back, Genga.
Substitute is better  on Haunter than Disable.
I also prefer Life Orb on Haunter but Lefties can do.
^ lefties on a Poison type... There's this amazing item called black sludge. :)
Oh true, thanks Riles :P
Thanks for the answer,It's good but a few of your suggestions I don't agree with.I will comment them later,Once again a good answer I am going to take some into consideration right now ;D
Feed-Back-

1.)I like your idea of Cradily but,Glalie actually is good there because and Fire Type attack Heatmor easily absorbs that.So Glalie is staying.

2.)Three Life Orbs does seems like a little to much so I am going to give Glalie Leftovers.Whole Heatmor keeps Life Orb,I really don't like the Gem's because they work only one time and only on one move.

3.)I love the Haunter suggestion 100% :D

4.)I don't like being trapped into one move normally,When I tried Choice Specs on Zebstrika it worked wonders after my Speed Boost as-well I loved it.

Like I said in the previous comment good answer and good suggestions thanks :D
Totally forgot about Black Sludge and the fact that Haunter was part Poison type.
