This team is designed for both competitive and Battle Subway/Wi-fi play.
It was made to prove what Poison type Pokemon are capable of, although they are commonly overlooked and underestimated.

P.S. It is my opinion that Poison type are "overlooked" and "undersetimated" due to the fact that they are less used than any other type and are the only type to lack a Legendary.

Your team looks so well ballanced; iit will be har to take down but they still has its own properties like:

Crobat

Crobat looks delightful, it's a perfect staller. No comments.

DRAPION
Drapion
Drapion (M) @ Razor Claw
Trait: Sniper
Ev's: 126 HP / 126 Atk / 252 Sdef / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, - SAtk)
- Night Slash
- Cross Poison/Bick Break
- Aqua Tail/Ice Fang
- Swords Dance

WEEZING
Weezing

That Weezing is amazing for a poison team. It covers up all your weaknesses and gives you more confidence against the horrible choice bander abusers.
Weezing (M) @ Lum Berry/Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
Ev's: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, - SDef)
- Clear Smog
- Fire Blast
- Will-o-Wisp
- Pain Split/Stockpile (If you want more resistence)

GENGAR
Gengar

Gengar (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
Ev's: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt (coverage)/ Hidden Power (Fire)
- Destiny Bond

TOXICROAK
Toxicroak

Toxicroak (M) @ Black Sludge (Many opponents will try to use trick or something and Black Sludge is bad for them)
Trait: Dry Skin
Ev's: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Sucker Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Swords Dance

This Pokémon is scary when is boosted (just once) with Swords Dance. Just try to guess if they attack or not.

And finally ...
NIDOQUEEN
Nidoqueen

I suppose this is your lead, and it functions well.
Nidoqueen (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Rivalry
Ev's: 252 HP / 126 Def / 130 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Earth Power
- Super Fang (sounds great but is more comfortable a move to cover)/Flamethrower/Ice Beam
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rocks/ Toxic Spikes

OTHER OPTION

VENOMOTH (Just Generation V)

Venomoth

This Pokémon is awesome beacuse in this generation it gains THE BEST MOVE CREATED EVER: Quiver Dance, add this it's wonderful ability: Tinted Lens. It's a Monter, if you want you can pass your boosts to another teammate.

Trait: Dry Skin
Ev's: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+SpD, -AtK)
- Sleep Powder
- Bug Buzz
- Baton Pass
- Quiver Dance

This set is easy to use, just sleep, boost and (Two options: Sweep or Pass) end them.

I hope this helps

Thanks for the advice; I WAS considering a Venomoth. I just didn't know who to replace.
