this team is 16-3 with one loss to hot sauce and one to trachy and one to mike. i have tested against faked thrower, unrecognizable,swaggron and hot sauce. they all did really well against it and it was awesome battling you guys every battle wasdown to my last 2 or last pokemon

Missing 4 EVs on Mienshao.
Also, Outrage isn't all that great out Krookodile, a Steel can easily come in and screw you over (Ferroseed). So replace it with Pursuit to catch fleeing Ghosts.
Extrasensory isn't great on Raikou-I'd suggest Hidden Power [Ice].
On Slowbro, Substitute can replaced by Fire Blast / Flamethrower or Psyshock.

Really? Neutral thunderbolt > super effective extrasensory. Hidden Power [Ice] gives you nearly unresisted coverage in just two moves, an a lot more super effective.
