I'll rate it! OU is such a great teir.
Staraptor:
I love staraptor. He's great. Some people might replace him because of his recoil, but I like him. The scarf is a good idea, but make him Adamant. He's unnecessarily fast, and with the high attack he's going to be SO powerful.
Espeon:
You're right, he does look good on paper. However, I don't think this guy would be as good in the game. You look at Espeon's Sp. Defense and think, wow, not bad at all. But he has low HP and his threats usually come from the physical side, like Suckerpunch and Scizor's Bug Bite. I have several psychic options for you, that in my opinion would work with your team better.
Option #1)
Latias @Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Bold(+Def, -Atk)
-Calm mind
-Psyshock
-Refresh/Recover
-Dragon Pulse
This option is for something that's not at all frail, and has the bulk to get up some Calm Minds. He's fast too.
Option #2)
Metagross @Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Sp.D
Nature: Adamant(+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
-Meteor Mash
-Hammer Arm
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt
This guy is such a tank. He just plows his way through the opponents team with his great moveset coverage. His biggest threat IMO is a burn. He can usually take an EQ.
Option #3)
Reuniclus @Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp.Atk
Nature: Bold(+Def,-Atk)
-Recover
-Calm Mind
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball/ Energy Ball
No one listens to me when I say this guy is good. With such amazing defense he can take a Crunch. He can get up calm minds, and he cannot be withered away with Toxic or Burn. You can choose Shadow ball if you want to rid of ghosts, or energy ball to get Gastrodon, who I run into often.
Slowbro:
Well, you already have a psychic. A water-type will do you good, and it looks like you're trying to find a bulky one. Try...
Suicune @Leftovers
Trait:Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/ 104 Sp.Atk/ 76 Def/
Nature: Bold(+Def, -Atk)
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Calm Mind
-Toxic
Wonderfully bulky, we have yet another calm minder, and even though he's UU, this guy is definitely going to be a great addition to your team.
Blissey:
Wonderful! We have the special wall that will do your team good. He has the basic blissey set, I have no additions, just stay away from physical moves, obviously.
Scizor: Yay! We know how much I love Scizor, and I'd be MORE than happy to give my advice. Since we are in OU, there are going to be two categories of pokemon. Fast pokemon, and slow pokemon. Scizor shouldn't be an in-betweener. If you ask me, he's a slow pokemon. And the speed EVs are even more useless sense you aren't running U-turn. So! Give those 252 Speed EVs to HP, and he can live to get up some swords dances, and he has bullet punch, which is going to go first anyway. I don't have a roost scizor, mine has superpower, but Roost goes nicely with a scizor that has a life orb and is particularly bulky.
Crobat: No. He's just not going to be that bulky taunting flying type you want. Especially not in OU. If you go with what I suggested, you're going to have plenty of bulk on your team already. Right now you only have two (Maybe 3 depending on how much of my advice you took) real attackers. There are PLENTY of attackers that you can find for yourself and I'm sure you'll choose just fine, but let me name a few that I like.
Terrakion @Choice Band
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly(+Spe, -Sp.Atk)
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Earthquake
-X-Scissor
A good attacker, with fairly nice speed...
Landorus @Expert Beld
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly(+Spe, -Sp.Atk)
-Stone Edge
-U-turn
-Superpower
-Earthquake
You're awesome ground type that get's a stab EQ.
Best of luck to you and your OU team, hopefully it works as good as it looks on paper. ;)
