Is someone downvoting sets for no reason now? Like, I get some sets aren't good, but are there some sets that got downvoted even that bad to get a downvote?

I originally had Skill Link on this set, and I wasn't sure if that would make the set not useable since I have Rapid Spin and Teleport, so I changed the ability.

Do people dowvote movesets if the OP put the wrong Ability on a moveset?
