Re expert: If you fit either of the two descriptions I posted earlier, then you will get expert. The second category will probably be for people who've been around for a year or two, so if you want expert in the short term, then you should get it using points. You don't have to do anything special -- just use the website and make good posts.
Re PZ's question: I posted an answer on PZ's wall so you can read it there if you like. In short, if we don't have any reason to distrust you, then yes, we trust you.
Re Registeel question: OK. You don't have to message each time, by the way; you can just flag the question and we will deal with it on our own.

Ok, so, for this Monotype you choose a type you want to use (let's say Bug, for example)
Each of your Pokémon will have to be a bug type, and each member must have a different type. You may have one Pokémon that's a pure type.

Let's say I ran a Bug Monotype team for this tourney. If I chose Buzzwole as a Bug/Fighting type, I can't use Heracross as a Bug/Fighting type.
(I probably still didn't make it clear, did I...)

Because its name comes from sceptre (wand used by royalty) and reptile (animal with scales), according to DB. As you can see, sceptre has a C in it.
