Hey! I'm not tryna be that person, but you are slowly climbing your way up the ranks, and you are well on your way to 100 points, and you just got your first "Best answer", which gave you a few points!
Here's some friendly advice:
Try to always use links when answering. Some people, especially the admins and editors, like to check your information. It's not so much a bad thing as a "Hey, I wanna check this out myself, where'd you find it?" It's obviously okay to forget, but try to get in the habit.
When talking to others on their walls, they may post something on yours, to respond, and I said this before, but I don't think it was a very good explanation, post on the other persons wall, not your own. People often go there to check the wall, or to update their profile, or to check how many points they have, they will probably see your wall post there.
Try to ask questions that are not too subjective, like "What's the best electric Pokemon?" It's not that I think you will, but just recently, a user asked "Violet or Legends: Z-A?" and the question got closed almost instantly. The mods on this site are very good at their job lmao. Also try to make questions that aren't too short or incomplete. Also notice there's two other sections to this site for the social side. RMT (Rate My Team) and Meta. RMT is more for competitive players, or people trying to get into it. And Meta is for questions like "When are Z-A DLC megas coming onto the site" or "I can't ask questions on Pokebase, why?" Stuff like that. Try not to ask for too many answers on Meta, because I'm guessing Pokemaster is hard at work right now, and he answers A LOT of the Meta questions. He's #1 over there as a result, and it's well-deserved.
Speaking of mods, admins, and editors, they aren't trying to discredit you or discourage you, but rather help you better yourself and grow.
Try to make friends! Connect with people, be active, try and take the #1 spot from Amethyst lol.
And last but not least, have fun.
Sorry if this text block is daunting, feel free to ask me anything about it on my wall.

You have an endearing propensity for posting answers! It's been a day and already you are situating yourself comfortably in the community. I hope people downvoting and correcting or challenging your answers doesn't discourage you from posting more.
Thus far your answers have been short and not well elaborated. You shouldn't answer a question with incomplete or unsatisfactory information. I do think your answer on eggs in Sword/Shield is probably correct- however you left out any proof beyond intuition and were unable to prove your presumption about the game's programming.
It's challenging answering these questions nowadays because the community is very exigent (that is to say, nitpicky and biased) about providing sources and being as thorough as possible. You can get away with simple posts insofar as the explanation is really truly simple. But the topic of egg generation and stats provokes a technical expectation of interest.
You should take extra care in understanding the complete extent of a question. Like with Mega Dimensions, you listed the added Pokémon and framed your answer within the context of shiny hunting, but didn't consider other perspectives like the actual missions or length of the content.
I feel bad for dumping this pretentious block of text on you but since you just joined and are already posting rapidly I wanted to give you advice and critique! Sorryyyyyy I'll go back to being idle in chat now......
