Oh also, I use an app like the one you mentioned, but all of the moves and EVs and IVs are all legit, but you can customize any Pokémon you’d like (for example, I have a Shiny Mewtwo with 31/0/31/31/31/31 IVs, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe, and 4 HP EVs, and the moveset is Flamethrower, Aura Sphere, Psychic, and Shadow Ball, which I made).
