I did read and understand what you said. And I'm still going to comment. Not to berate you, I couldn't care less. But you say your mistakes are held against you? They aren't. What's held against you is the fact that you keep doing them. If you want change you gotta change. Actually notice what you're doing more often and - don't do them. Simple right? Again I'm not trying to be passive aggressive, I'm just saying. Acknowledge or not I don't care. But stop whining
