The strategy is to have a Pokemon on your team with a move like Spore. You use Assist and pray to Arceus that it lands on that move. Then you Dream Eaterer.

Why Snore when MiracleBerry wakes you up from sleep? And you don't even have a way to make yourself fall asleep. Chances of Snore being useful are pretty low.
