I can answer the first part. Users build trust with staff team by following rules, being active on multiple parts of the community, and overall just being a good person. I haven't noticed you breaking any rules and you're really nice to everyone, and you're active, so personally I trust you (even tho I'm not rlly staff), but I can't speak for the others. However, I'm pretty sure that you're on the good side.

But basically, people who are good community members and people will trust more in general. You're a good community member

I try not to answer ones that I have little to no knowledge on. That means most any competitive question with a few exceptions. I also don't answer questions that very clearly break the rules.
