Fun fact: there was a time that totem Araquanid was better than normal Araquanid in 2018 VGC because it was heavier. In that gen, Sky Drop was a very predominant move in that tier, seen mainly on support Tapu Koko. However, if Sky Drop targeted a Pokémon that weighted more than 200 Kilograms, it would fail. Since totem Araquanid weighted barely more than 200 kilograms, it was immune to that move.
