It's not a sore topic at all, Rex - I'm very proud of what I made of Poké Profiles while it was still available! I got to practice my writing skills, manage a project at large, network with others to help contribute posts to it...it's the complete opposite of a sore topic for me!

In a nutshell, life happened - I received more and more responsibilities, college took over and now a full-time job, and now I'm too far removed from competitive theory and battling to provide any notable insight with posts, even if I was able to revive the project.

I do still have the website archived somewhere - I just still have it under the .net domain name so it's publicly unreachable. One of these days I'll open it back up again, if only for viewing pleasure. No updates or anything. :)

I looked up The Kingkiller Chronicles and the first thing that came up is the film adaptation being worked on by Lin-Manuel Miranda. I will definitely read them.
