It could work, although I'm quite hesitant about Scarf. Imo mons like Ape and Tauros deal with it much better while having a good MU into other team styles.
Plus there always mons like Earth Power Gastrodon who provide an extra level of security against Rain if that's what you're concerned about.
HDec can definitely work (I have done absolutely no testing with it), but atm it feels like other Fightings do the job better. Keep playing with it tho, maybe you'll find a role for it

No I mean you can use Tauros OVER HDec lol, that's why I listed its advantages over HDec

I guess it could work, but even then you could say you have competition with Tauros-Paldea-Aqua, who only has 2 less base Attack but much higher speed, has Water STAB in Rain, has Intimidate, has spread move options in Rock Slide and Earthquake (it also has High Horsepower for single target), and even has niche options like Bulldoze and Swagger. HDec could very well work, especially due to Wide Guard and Tailwind, but imo Tauros's higher speed along makes it match up better against the rest of the meta.

Abomasnow is ZU because it doesn't get used in higher tiers lol. Snow isn't really good in NU, and PU banned Cetitan, so.... yeah. :P
