Guys, I also came up with the names and Legends of Gen 9:
Pokemon City and Pokemon Country (CC for short)
Starters: Paramaple(or Oakice if you perfer him), Ordember, and Aqaumergency.

Ability:Country Person(The bearer's Grass type moves are boosted, and the bearer is more at peace with life, causing it's Defense and HP stats to raise)
Signature Move: Power Crop

The user's legs become entwined with the earth, and cause thousands of huge plants to sprout, and wrap themselves around the opponent, whacking the opponent as they do so. The opponent is trapped in the thicket of crop for 4 to 5 turns, but the user is also stuck, halving it's Speed.

Alternate Grass Type Starter:
Paramaple(Grass Fairy Type)
Ability: Paramedic's Bed(The bearer is more uncomfortable while sleeping, as well as more aware of what's happening to it, and this allows it to wake up within 2 turns)
Signature Move: Bark Patch(Allows the user to transfer 1/4-to 1/2 of it's health to an ally in need. This also boosts the bearer's Attack and Speed Stats.)
This pokemon lives in the forests and cities, it has a unique sense that tells it when others are in trouble, so it rushes to their rescue, bestowing pieces of it's healing bark-skin to the injured.

This is also missing IVs and it's Ability, not Trait.

Most people don't list IVs. If not listed, they're likely max in every stat.

I'm going to make pokemon for the Gen 9 Starters:

Grass Starter:
Oakice(Oak and Office)
The Office Worker Pokemon
Grass Type
Ability: Work Cramming(allows the bearer to use a 2 or more turn move in one turn, once per battle, example, using solar beam in one turn.)
Signature Move: Printing Frenzy

Description:
This move shoots 5 sheets of razor sharp paper at the target, each one doing the above Base Power.
Description:
This pokemon, unlike most, is extremely common, and can be found in large groups, sitting around, expelling paper from their bodies.

Fire Starter
Ordember(Order and Ember)
The Police Pokemon

Ability: Gunfire(boosts the power of shooting moves)
Signature Move:

The user locks the opponent in handcuffs made of fire, doing 100 BP on impact, and 30 every turn for 10 turns, before the pokemon breaks out of the cuffs.(Does double damage for each extra set of limbs a pokemon has(they have 4 arms, no legs, so they need two sets of cuffs) This does not include pokemon that stand on 2 legs, as those are legs, not arms, it does, however, effect pokemon that stand on 4 or more limbs(Pokemon that don't stand will receive a double penalty.)
Description: This pokemon is obsessed with justice, and goes around righting wrongs committed in both the pokemon and human world, and punishes the offenders. This pokemon makes an excellent partner for a Police Officer.

Aquamergency(Aqua and Emergency)

Ability: Emergency Attention(When down to 1/3 health or less, it's Attack, Sp Attack, and Speed get boosted 2 stages.
Signature Move: Hose Down

The Pokemon blasts the opponent with water from it's tail(which is a hose) This blasts them back and has a 100% chance to flinch, and stuns the pokemon for 2 to 5 turns. The following will appear if this is the case "The opponent is too stunned, and still recovering"
Description: This pokemon is especially aware of the dangers of fire, and has been known to save wild pokemon and even people from fires, it specializes in forest fires however.
