Your thread isn't a direct duplicate of the question you commented on, but we decided to remove all new questions that ask whether a Pokemon is hacked, due to their repetitiveness, varying quality and lack of definitive answers. To replace them, we wrote a comprehensive reference for hack-checking Pokemon. This is explained in the thread you commented on.
We understand it isn't perfect yet: so if the answers do not sway you one way or another, you are allowed to ask a follow-up question explaining what has left you undecided. Feel free to do that now -- include in your post that you already read the guide thread so people don't flag you again.
