is it frowned upon to welcome and give tips to new users of you're not an expert+ or at least someone trusted by other users? I just feel like a lot of people (me included) have a hard time for the first week or so because they just don't understand everything, (fortunatly for me I'm very stubborn), and having gone through that myself, a few times I've found myself wanting to tell new users what helps with that before they quit. So basically what I'm wondering is would that be okay?
