Oh dang, I didn't notice I had that many points in Meta. Also, I'm really glad you gave me Speed Boost. Now I can show my super sanic speed!

I'll get back to you with a custom moveset but I'd love to be something like a Gengar. If legends are allowed dialga is my fave, but if not go with gengar.

It may not be a flapperpus but I'll take what I can get. And being able to retreat into a shell whenever I please would be pretty cool.
