https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BF4ARjIbS3Q ) insanity forcing you to catch every Pokémon, choice items were removed completely, there are no EVs or IVs, stats are corrupted, and there's currently no way to transfer your Pokémon which would make it seem like it never existed. There are also those nasty candies you use to raise stats. Don't forget this isn't even gen 8, it's just Kanto's 4th remake. And if a Pokémon you're riding is super big, another player can just walk through it like it's a ghost. Don't forget this game went past all boundaries by adding two player mode. And you only have one chance to catch a Pokémon after a battle. And all these new moves with baby names.
Eh, you don't, have to listen to me :P. I'm just saying I think Let's GO Pikachu/Eevee is a wasteful noob game and you might as well save your money for the "good stuff" (if there even is good stuff to wait for :O! Good stuff = gen 8). Besides, you can just watch videos of LGPE (that could either show you it's a great game, or a dumb game). Good luck and always be happy!
