Snorlax is weaker in other generations, partly because Snorlax can know lovely kiss only in gen 2. Gen 1 doesn't have curse or sleep talk. Later generations have stronger steel Pokemon, fighting moves, and entry hazards. Snorlax can't have max EVs in HP and both defenses and can't use rest when it's already asleep.

It's because "sumwun" is a proper noun, and capitalizing the first letter of proper nouns is incorrect.

I think RMT being inactive is somewhat of an illusion. The majority of posts receive comments with advice, and all that really separates comments from answers on RMT is community perception of how long answers should be.
But yes, RMT has many problems and I've talked a lot about that in the past. I'll be doing it again soon.
