So can I just answer "no" and have that be a valid answer?

First, thanks for hiding the answer on my question. As for the Entralink thing, what if the answer is "no"? How will anyone outside Game Freak ever know the answer, if the answer is "no"? This is why I think it's unanswerable.

I don't understand how I didn't answer the question. It asked how many TM's can the average pokemon learn, and I gave an answer, which was approximately 35, since I needed to round it. So, please give me a better explanation into taking down my answers than just a request
