I just read your wall. I'd recommend playing Black or White before Black 2 or White 2. The storyline will throw you off a bit if you start with the sequels. The games are amazing too, both are worth playing. Also, if you got a shiny Mew by trade, I guarantee it is hacked. You should probably check Shaymin for hacks too. Look on this Database for the question Is My Pokémon Hacked or is it Legitimate? and you should be able to figure it out for both of them.
