excerpt of my book-

Chapter Eleven: Never fall off cliffs that go on forever. You’re just making yourself look stupid.

    Owen woke with a start. That was a scary dream. No. It wasn’t a dream. It was reality. He wasn’t in bed. He was falling through time; a gap in the structure of Earth’s quantum flux. This meant he was falling not just down, but he was literally falling through the transdimensional multiverse. There would be no escape. Unless he slowed down enough to hit solid universes. But even then, he could be anywhere in that universe, without any protective gear. He could land on a planet like Jupiter, where there was no solid ground and he would sink through it until he suffocated. It could be a planet like Mars, where the last of a species hid in colonies, when their original planet was mutilated and ruined. It could be like Earth, ridden with murderers, kidnappers, and thieves. Or Owen could be in the middle of space with nothingness around him. No air, no matter, just nothing but him. He’d probably suffocate or maybe just crunch up into compressed nanoparticles. Or he’d just fall forever, until the gap closed. Then Owen would be erased. From what, you ask? From everything. From all of time and history. He would never have existed. Everyone’s knowledge of him would be completely erased.
The question was, why was there a quantum gap at the edge of a run-down city? It had no place being here! Owen had to escape this. He looked around. Bits of blue and gray dust floated around as he fell. He couldn’t grab on to dust. Owen kept looking. A shimmer of... gold? Yellow? It was seemingly falling with him. Owen reached out. The image rippled, like when you touch water. Then it flickered, and faded. “No!” Owen called out. He grabbed onto it and swiftly disappeared.
“Owen!” Carter yelled. They had lost him. He disappeared. Like magic. Poof. But there was no shimmer of gold for him and Lori. They just kept falling, forever. No escape, no nothing. There is no aging in a transdimensional gap in the universe. Heck, there’s almost nothing at all. Except anything that falls in. There was literally no escape. They were lost for eternity.

Evven age 13, evven is the first in a new generation of second-strength, his elements are earth and dark, earth being the primary Dark being secondary. Though dark is a rare element it has been seen before. When the last shadow-elemental before Xander had a child that chikd was born with the dark element. Evven is a descandent of that child. His gem is the dark green emerald and his oersonal symbol is a red fox . He has long dark brown hair and wears a black t - shirt with gray shorts.
Okay how does that sound? I didn’t re word to be mean but to make it more official sounding plus i can’t copy/paste into oages where ivdo the typing
