Fair — but you always have to think of whether the moderating precedence is practical. I honestly think it would piss off a lot of people if we actively looked for reasons to remove content like that. It’s also really hard to moderate consistently and fairly.
Personally I’m very lenient with the duplicate questions rule, to the point you’d have to post something near-identical for me to remove it. In this case, I think it’s too strict to enforce that rule — but I’ll do it for really common repeat questions like ‘Why won’t x Pokémon evolve from happiness?’
