So what you're saying is that we should remove any question that deals in theory? That's the precedence I'd set by removing that post. I don't think there's a need for us to do that, unless a lot of people find the questions annoying. From my perspective, it's not far removed from any other mechanical question you'd find on this site.
It's also possible to make Mew use Autotomise through Mimic, so that question is practical regardless.
