The Wheeington Post

Sorry for not posting this guys! Hope y'all had a good thanksgiving. I repaired my social life by apologizing my friends ( i can call them that now, phew) and it was all just a big misunderstanding. And, with my team of Mega Metagross, Mega Salamence, Charizard, Battle Bond Greninja, Serperior, and Garchomp, I am scaling the ladder of gen 7 Ubers. Mega Metagross is a all-out offensive one with Explosion to punish some of the tier's bulkier mons and for momentum, Mega Salamence is a DD set up sweeper that easily sweeps whole teams, Charizard is a Life Orb variant with Solar Power to switch into and destroy Primal Groudon, BB Greninja is all out offensive specs (with no spikes btw), Serperior is a sweeper, cleaner, and stall-breaker with Subsitute+Glare to shut down any bulky mons like Chansey and Necrozma-DM while said bulky pokemon get throttled by Leaf Storm and HP Fire. Garchomp is a Stealth Rock lead with Swords Dance and Dragonium-Z Dragon Claw. It is excellent at supporting Serperior and Ash-Greninja, weakening the opposing team with rocks while they succumb to the offensive assault. If you guys want I can post the team on my wall for everyone to see and use. It's really fun, and I haven't been forfeiting as much anymore because forfeiting is lame.
In other news, Gengar and Terrakion rose to UU after that humiliating drop to RU. Time for some competitive history! Terrakion was a top-tier threat in gen 5 OU, being able to destroy Tyranitar effortlessly and being able to fit on Sand teams as well. Its great speed and excellent movepool let it run Choice Band, but 346 made it tie with Keldeo, so Terrakion could afford to run Adamant and Scarf for a nearly unstoppable titan. Fairy types hurt its viability and it dropped to UU in gen 6, only to be too good for the tier. Gen 7 saw it drop to UU where it stayed.
Gengar was a threat ever since its inception. Right when it started losing viability, Fairy types were introduced and gave it and its Sludge Wave some new targets. Unfortunately, Scarf Tapu Lele and some other dangerous gen 7 OU threats caused Gengar to drop to UU. In gen 8 it returned to OU, albeit this time with the new and absolutely incredible Dragapult to remove it. Gengar could however run scarf to get rid of Pult.
Anyway, back to the point. Terrakion stays in UU, but yesterday Gengar and Volcarona were moved to BL. Quiver dance is just too insanely strong for the tier. So is Scarf/Specs Gar or Sub+Plot Gengar. Unfortunately now they're stuck with no significant niche in a metagame where stuff like Landorus therian, Tornadus-Therian, Dragapult, Slowbro, and Tyranitar are everywhere kicking 'em in the Pokéballs
