Oh that second team is pretty cool, it looks a little similar to a very popular team on the ladder. Do you know Fluffie? Or his team? He got infamous for spamming Scarf Yve + Band Ray-M + CM SteelCeus on the ladder and got >1000 battles lmao.
Tbh GroundCeus is better on Kyogre-Primal + Rayquaza-Mega + it Bulky Offense, or CM Groundy + Rayquaza-M on a SkarmTarChans build. SteelCeus forms a hot offensive core with Rayquaza-M as they take care of both of their checks pretty easily (except for Marshadow), and yeah it's more effective than Groundy + Ray on Balance. And good luck on ladder :].
