Ditto Stats After Transformation?

Question

So say I am versing a Lv.100 Reshiram with a Lv. 100 Ditto. What will the Ditto's stats be after the transformation? If these are the dittos and reshirams stats.

Atk:254
Def:197
SpA:346
SpD:232
Spe: 206

Ditto

HP: 300
Atk: 98
Def: 98
SpA: 98
SpD: 98
Spe: 98

Ditto always keeps it's own HP stat. It takes the other stats from Reshiram.

Also if you are trying to catch a ditto with a legendary, the ditto will get the legendary's catch rate. Food for thought.
