Where do you find information about japanese tournaments?

My best guess would be to go to Filb. They have worldwide coverage on the Pokemon Scene.

The parental controls block smogon, and pokemon.com brings you to pokemonvgc.com which tells you that there is one in Japan, but not where in Tokyo it is or what building.

In that case, the only other spots I can recommend is to go to Serebii, and check his other Affiliate sites. If not there, check Pokebeach or Pokecommunity, which are forums.
