Is there any possible way I can make my Victini relearn Fusion Bolt?

Actually Fizz is wrong.

"Okay, I finally got to test it and I found Victini does not get to relearn event moves. This probably also goes for any other Pokemon with event moves like Arceus with Shadow Force, Spacial Rend and Roar of Time and so on." - Halcyonic Falcon
