What is Memory Link and How do I Use It?

I know you need to have completed an original Black or White cartridge, which I have done, but that's all I know.

On the main menu of B/W2, select "Unova Link", then "Memory Link".
Make sure the B/W is in another DS, then do DS Download play for B/W.
Done.
