Is keldeo faster than genasect?

If so I can find a way to beat genasect.

Yes. Keldeo has base 108 Speed, while Genesect has 99 base Speed. However, most Genesect run Choice Scarf, which raises their Speed by 1.5x. If you plan on using Keldeo as a counter, use a Choice Scarf Hidden Power [Fire]. Or a Hydro Pump in the Rain.

Well, I doubt someone would use Keldeo in Ubers, though. Kind of weak, don't you think?
