What would be better for excadrill physical sweeper?

I cant decide if I want drill run with razor claw or horn drill with wide lens for it. They are the only moves i'm allowed to use with him.(special tournament with my friends)

Neither. Drill Run is inferior compared with Earthquake, and Horn Drill is way too unreliable. I'd go for Earthquake with an Expert Belt or Life Orb. But since you are restricted to those 2 moves, Drill Run would be better.

Neither is as good as or reliable as earthquake. I'd suggest that but if you wanna use one of those go with drill run
