Is Electro Ball going to do much damage in Little Cup?

I mean...Pokemon are L.5. Voltorb is the fastest Pokemon in LC with Base 16 Speed at L.5. Is Electro Ball gong to do much damage?

Probably not. I would suggest Thunderbolt instead of Electro Ball.
