How do I enter the Little cup?

I really want to go into a little cup but, I don't know how to enter one. I feel kinda stupid for asking this but, I really have Pokemon I want to enter with.

There are two types of Little Cup, which are generally the same:

• Little Cup is a Stadium Cup in Pokemon Stadium 2. You can read more about it here.
• Little Cup is a Smogon Competitive Tier on Pokemon Showdown. Based upon the previously mentioned Stadium Cup, just in competitive battling form. The competitive tier of Little Cup can be read up upon here. (BW)
