Why not check it out yourself? Instead of letting others do the work ~_~' Just saying.
This site exists so questions can be asked. If you don't want to answer it then don't.
I don't, but it's still a bit lazy, to just ask these things, and it was only a suggestion!
This is a Q and A site, and the way I see it, he doesn't have to do any work, and the answerer gets points, so it's a win-win scenario.
You have your opinion, and I have mine, but I still mean it's lazy. And if you think some point is a real win, then you have won, congratulations! (;

Best answer
  • Ancient Power (Raises all stats by one stage)
  • Clangorous Soulblaze (Raises all stats by one stage)
  • Dire Claw (Poison, Paralysis, and Sleep)
  • Fire Fang (Burn and Flinch)
  • Ice Fang (Freeze and Flinch)
  • Mortal Spin (Poison, hazard removal)
  • Ominous Wind (Raises all stats by one stage)
  • Poison Fang (Bad Poison and Flinch)
  • Secret Power (Various effects based on environment)
  • Silver Wind (Raises all stats by one stage)
  • Thunder Fang (Paralysis and Flinch)
  • Tri Attack (Burn, Freeze, and Paralysis)
  • Triple Arrows (Flinch and a chance of lowering Defense)

Moves with additional effects (Bulbapedia)
Note that this page doesn't yet have moves from Legends: Arceus or Gen IX, so I had to manually go through those pages. It's possible that some moves were overlooked.

Pretty sure I got them all, I did not include increased Critical Hit ratios.

Wouldn't Ancient power and Silver Wind only have one effect? Because it raises all of the stats as opposed to just the attack stat, or the defense stat.
