What are all the ways to get legendaries?

I want Articuno, Zapdos, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Deoxys, Groudon, Kyogre, Regigigas, Darkrai, Shaymin, Manaphy, Phione, and Victini

Articuno and Zapdos can be caught in HG/SS after beating all 16 gyms. Articuno is in the Seafoam islands and Zapdos is a the power plant. Mew, Jirachi, Celebi, Deoxys, Darkrai,Shaymin,Manaphy,Phione, and Victini are all event Pokemon so you can't get them right now. Rioku, Entei, and Suicune are all roaming Jhoto in HG/SS after visiting their tower. And Groudon and Kyogre can be caught it Emerald wherever downpours or Droughts are (There'll be a cave, or a place to dive). Opps, forgot regigagas! Migrate or catch or trade to get all 3 regis. Then go to twist mountain and you can capture Regigagas.
