Actually there is no info on rest of his team and his back story.
But with theories there are 3 possible teams for him.
(i) Based on opening song and pattern
1. Darkrai
2. Latios
3. Entei
4. Lucario (starter)
5. Zapdos
6. Lugia
*Entei, lucario - shows battling against ash's Pokemon in opening song.
(Having lucario in his team makes more sense, cuz it have advantage over darkrai)
*Zapdos - from brid trio, which similar to entei from beast trio.
(Articuno - owned by noland)
(Moltress - already a fire type(entei) is in the team.)
*Lugia - from tower duo, which similar to darkrai from lunar duo and latios from eon duo.
(Picking lugia over ho-oh was completely based on my preference.)
(Also eliminated sea guardian duo and mew duo, cuz according bulbapedia they are not true duos.)
(ii) Based on duo pattern
1. Darkrai
2. Cresselia
3. Latios
4. Latias
5. Ho-oh
6. Lugia
A team consisting of duos. Sea guardian duo and mew duo are excluded for the same reason mentioned above.
(iii) Based on what tobias said (most relaible)
In ash vs tobias Pokemon battle, Tobias appreciates gible by saying "your gible's draco meteor could have defeated any Pokemon, but not my darkrai".
So by assuming that gible is strong enough to defeat rest of his team by draco meteor, then his team must consist of dragon Pokemon.
So his team would be like this :
1. Darkrai
2. Latios
3. Latias
4. Dragonite
5. Salamence
6. Garchomp
This team is far less complicated and explainable one. Also all of their base total is 600.
This indicates that tobias is actually a dragon trainer.
Even though its less powerful than a team full of legendaries, this is also possible.
