About The DW Sinnoh starters event..?

So, on Serebii I saw that the Sinnoh starters were out with their Dream World Ability...I see you have to purchase BW2 at walmart....Does the game come with a Global Link passcode? And if so, does it only give you one Pokemon??? It better not choose at random....

You can choose one, and it comes with a Dream World code. You catch it in the Entree Forest.
