Does metal burst counter special AND physical attacks, or only one?

And would it do 4x normal damage if the the opponent landed a critical hit (lets say earthquake-100-, critical hit,-200-) reflected back at 400 right?

Yes, It Will Reflect All Attacks. And Ur Right, It Would Be 400 power in ur example. crit hits count:)

Only aggron would be dead because against him base power of earthquake would be 800 (100+typing--x4, and crital hit--x2 =800)
