Will this breeding work?

Question

I have a Lv. 39 Electabuzz and a Lv. 21 Pichu at the daycare. Will it make a Pichu/Pikachu/Raichu know Thunderpunch as Electrive knows it. If it does work, what are the chances it will work?

you need to breed male electabuzz with buneary for baby male buneary with thunderpunch then buneary with female pikachu not pichu

Pichu and electabuzz cannot breed becuase pichu is a

baby pokemon thus meaning he is incapable of breeding

and pikachu and riachu are not even in the same egg
