Gen 8 SpecialChic is not as good as it was before because it lost Hidden Power. Flamethrower is STAB, but you can use any good STAB special move. Swift is its only good coverage move, and is better than Round because Round is only good in double battles, and LC is not a double battle format. Plus, it has the benefit of hitting every time, which can be nice against noobs that use evasion moves. Baton Pass passes your boosts. Protect lets speed boost activate. Life Orb helps it do more damage. Eviolite helps it get more bulky, but if you use Eviolite, your damage output will go down.The EVs are for max special attack and speed, and a bit in HP to help you tank hits better.
