Are you able to view abilities on the GTS?

Not GTS negotiations, just GTS. I want a politoed with drizzle and a frosslas with cursed body.

No you cannot
The GTS will only show the person offering the trade the name of the Pokemon and the level but not the moves stats or ability of that Pokemon.
